This is a committee of the Board to assist and advise the Board to fulfil its responsibility on matters relating to the compensation, bonuses incentives and remuneration of the Executive Director (ED) and the IGF’s staff. The Committee shall also review and advise the Board on the succession plans for the ED and IGF staff.
