IGF Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee is appointed by, and has delegated responsibility from, the IGF Board to determine that an appropriate and transparent process is in place for the effective succession planning and renewal of the IGF Board and IGF Women’s Chairman. A key responsibility is to recommend to the Board individuals for nomination for election to the Board and for appointment to the Committees of the Board (including this Committee) after making sure they fully comply with the IGF Constitution and embrace the IGF values. Nominations Committee members are appointed by the IGF Board in advance of any appointment or vacancy.
